Overview

As part of the Customer & Market Insights team at Chick-fil-A, it is our role to capitalize the Customer and provide meaningful insights that fuel innovation around service, product development, messaging and experience. The Field Marketing Lead Insights Analyst will support Chick-fil-A's Local & Market Level analytics by developing scalable reporting, performing exploratory analyses, and enabling faster, more consistent delivery of insights to Field Marketing leaders. This role partners closely with senior analysts and strategists to transform complex data into actionable reporting while improving the team's speed, scalability, and self-service capabilities. The role will focus on building analytical foundations, automating recurring work, and expanding current team reporting capabilities.


Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards and recurring reporting that measure market, and local marketing performance.
  • Perform exploratory analyses and prepare data to support business questions, promotional evaluations, A/B testing, and local marketing measurement.
  • Build scalable data pipelines and reporting solutions using SQL, Databricks, Tableau, Alteryx, and related analytical tools.   
  • Improve reporting efficiency and stakeholder adoption by identifying opportunities for automation, self-service analytics, and standardized reporting.
  • Ensure data quality and reporting accuracy by validating data sources, troubleshooting issues, and partnering with Data & Technology teams.
  • Partner with teammates to translate business questions into analytical approaches, preparing data and insights that inform strategic recommendations.
  • Document reporting methodologies, business definitions, and analytical processes to improve consistency, scalability, and knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

  • Experience partnering well with cross-functional teams, being highly collaborative with the ability to build strong relationships

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

  • Strong analytical skills in hypothesis generation and data identification

  • Ability to convey insights in a way that is clear and compelling

  • Tableau, SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, Alteryx, Power BI


Preferred Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

  • Experience in geolocation data and/or geospatial data processing

  • Experience in advanced analytics areas such as MMM, price and promotion, product assortment, in-market testing, and digital measurement

  • Databricks and/or Python experience
