About the Team

The CX & Design team sits at the intersection of customer experience, digital innovation and business growth. Bringing together UX, digital design and content specialists, the team is responsible for creating seamless, intuitive and engaging experiences across our digital ecosystem. Working closely with Product, Technology, Marketing and Ecommerce teams, they combine customer insights, design thinking and data-driven decision making to solve problems, improve usability and deliver experiences that customers love. As part of this team, you'll have the opportunity to influence how thousands of Australians interact with our digital products and services every day.

We're looking for a passionate UX Designer to help shape intuitive, customer-centred digital experiences across our ecommerce and digital platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity for a designer who is passionate about understanding customer needs, solving complex problems and creating seamless digital journeys that deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Working closely with product, technology, marketing and business stakeholders, you'll influence how thousands of customers interact with our digital products and services every day.

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer research, usability testing and experience analysis.
  • Translate customer insights into actionable design solutions.
  • Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and interaction designs.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers and stakeholders to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Support digital campaigns, landing pages and conversion optimisation initiatives.
  • Contribute to design systems, UX standards and continuous improvement activities.

 

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Experience in UX design, product design or digital experience design.
  • Strong capability in customer research, testing and experience mapping.
  • Proficiency in Figma and modern design methodologies.
  • Experience creating wireframes, prototypes and user flows.
  • Ability to balance customer needs with business objectives.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience working with design systems and accessibility principles.
  • Experience in ecommerce, healthcare or digital product environments will be highly regarded
