GTM
About this role
Job Description
Our world class partnerships team is looking for another scrappy member with high social intelligence and a natural inclination for selling to accelerate our growth as we scale. Our GTM role will act as the initial point of contact with nonprofits and DAFs and is responsible for hunting and qualifying leads to build sales opportunities for the team. The right person has a builder's mindset, loves being on the phone, and thinks critically about how to get in the door.
Develop and test outbound messaging, sequences, and cadences; run mini experiments to figure out what resonates and what doesn’t
Own outbound prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and conferences / industry events to generate qualified pipeline for the sales team
Leverage AI/sales tools (Claude Code/Cowork, HubSpot, and others) to work smarter and work closely with the Chariot Labs team to build internal tools that help you move faster
👤 About You
High Urgency. You’re a self kindling fire, and always want everything to go faster
High Agency. Every problem is your problem
Unafraid to fail. Not afraid to pick up the phone and call a VP or C-suite exec at a nonprofit
Strategic approach. You care about the person on the other end of the phone (not just dial counts)
Tech forward. Comfortable with modern sales and AI tools
📚 What you’ll get from Chariot
At Chariot, we are building modern, end-to-end payment infrastructure making donors' lives easier, and nonprofits' lives better. $600B gets donated to charity each year in the US and the existing technology/infrastructure was still built for our grandparents generation. Chariot is here to change that.
Traction. Annualizing over $1.8B in payment volume through Chariot. Tens of thousands of nonprofits already onboarded including American Cancer Society, Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and University of Pennsylvania.
Impact: That money services nonprofits working in homelessness, health, education, the environment, and so much more.
Market opportunity: Billion dollar revenue opportunity. Fintech company operating in an untapped $600B market
The Team. >30% of Charioteers are former founders. NYC office, in-person Monday through Thursday, WFH Friday. The public handbook shows how we operate.
