The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic agency and client partnerships. This role focuses on managing high-value relationships, winning new business, and positioning Channel Factory as a trusted partner in contextual video advertising.
Key Responsibilities- Own and grow a portfolio of key agency and direct client relationships. Experience with WPP and Omnicom is preferred.
- Drive new business opportunities and manage complex sales cycles end-to-end.
- Develop strategic account plans to deliver sustained revenue growth.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value, multi-market deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Represent Channel Factory with senior stakeholders and at industry events.
- 5+ years of experience in digital media or video advertising sales.
- Strong network within media agencies and/or major advertisers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Deep understanding of digital video, YouTube, and the media buying ecosystem.
- Confident communicator in both English & Italian, with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution.
