About this role
Werden Sie Teil unserer Erfolgsgeschichte und unterstützen Sie uns dabei die Styling-Expertise des Boutique-Teams zu erweitern, um einzigartige Styling Momente für unsere Kund:innen zu ermöglichen. Für unsere CHANEL Fashion Boutique in Düsseldorf suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine:n Styling Coach (m/w/d) in Vollzeit; zunächst befristet.
YOUR IMPACT:
- Individuelles Coaching der Fashion Advisor sowie Durchführung regelmäßiger Briefings, insbesondere zu neuen Kollektionen
- Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter:innen im Bereich Styling sowie aktive Unterstützung bei Verkäufen im Bereich RTW
- Überwachung von KPIs zur Nachverfolgung von stylingbezogenen Initiativen und Aktionen
- Proaktive Unterstützung bei Boutique Events
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Boutique Management, dem Fashion Trainings Team sowie Client Marketing Management

YOUR PROFILE:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung
- Relevante Erfahrung im Bereich Styling und Verkauf, kombiniert mit einem intuitiven Gespür für Kundenwünsche
- Digitale Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
