Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for delivering brand image through creating visual excitement in the boutique through visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the entire boutique’s maintenance and quality of the display in accordance with Chanel standards
  • With strategic planning of VM, frequent rotations to enhance in-boutique and window display to build strong brand image and retail presence
  • Support VM team with seasonal launch / outside venue set ups
  • Chief point of contact between boutique and VM team
  • Report of any business challenges and display feedback from boutique to VM team
  • Update VM team of any changes in product display and provide pictures of any modification carried out in the boutique
  • Regular photo-reports sharing
  • To coach FA’s on daily VM maintenance responsibilities
  • Manage VM tools to ensure the quantity and quality of tools are maintained

Person Specifications:

  • Diploma or certificate in design studies
  • 3-6 years relevant experience in visual merchandising in retail industries. (Preferably in luxury)
  • Knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & Indesign. Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel.
  • Proficient in spoken / written English & Cantonese
  • Detail-minded, with constant innovation and work dynamic
  • A team player who can perform in a fast pace environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexible working hours with occasion night work and possible weekends
