About the Role
As a Retail Learning and Development Partner at Chanel, you will play a pivotal role in empowering our Watches & Fine Jewelry Advisors (JAs) to become the front face of CHANEL. Your mission is to build their confidence, groom their presence, and elevate their prestige. You will be responsible for customizing and delivering training, providing on-the-floor coaching, and supporting people development to ensure our JAs can create emotional connections with clients and embody the brand's values.

In this role, you will drive JAs loyalty and client loyalty, sustaining business growth by:
- Engaging and developing retail employees to transmit brand values and inspire emotional connections with clients.
- Shifting learning and development from mass training to customized learning solutions and individualized coaching.
- Observing client-staff interactions to identify learning gaps and providing near-real-time feedback.
- Collaborating with the Retail Learning & Development Team and other stakeholders to strategize and develop comprehensive people learning and development plans.

- Partner with specialists and other stakeholders to develop and execute client action plans based on JAs’ profiles.
What You Will Bring
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or tertiary diploma.
- At least 6-8 years of experience in people interactions, coaching, and training, preferably in a managerial role.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in selling, retail, and/or client service, with experience in the luxury goods, watch, and fine jewelry industry being a plus.
- A strong passion for people development and client service excellence, with a belief in personalized learning paths for employees.
- Excellent growth mindset, digital savvy capability, and strong presentation and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently with minimal supervision, exercise assertiveness when required, and work at the POS and retail hours.
