About this role

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator on a one-year fixed-term contract, you will join CHANEL’s newly established Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise for Europe, based in Paris. As the key operational partner, you will be structuring processes, coordinating stakeholders and tracking performance, with the rigour and ownership that turn daily operations into lasting standards. In direct contact with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, the Talent Development team and the People & Organization teams, you are the person who turns every ambition into flawless execution.

What impact you can create at CHANEL

  • Orchestrate the end-to-end recruitment process alongside the TA Manager, ensuring clear steps, controlled timelines and a seamless experience for every stakeholder

  • Coordinate schedules, organize interviews and maintain flawless follow-up with Hiring Managers and candidates across European markets

  • Design and maintain operational dashboards (KPIs, time-to-fill, pipeline health) and deliver recommendations that feed directly into the center's strategic decisions

  • Contribute to documenting and formalizing the processes of the new TA Centre of Expertise, strengthening efficiency, quality and employer branding at regional scale

  • Collaborate with the Talent Development team on cross-functional projects: assessment tool optimization, candidate experience and onboarding journeys

You are energised by

  • Being the person others count on — the one who anticipates, structures and moves things forward before being asked

  • Bringing order and clarity where everything is yet to be built, and seeing your methods become the team’s standards

  • A keen eye for detail and the satisfaction of seeing a well-orchestrated operation run smoothly every day

  • The richness of operating in a multicultural, multi-market context alongside a manager who values your complementarity

  • The fulfilment of making others more effective by creating the conditions for structured, seamless recruitment

What you will bring

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment coordination or TA process management in a demanding corporate environment, agency and/or in-house

  • Outstanding organisational skills and a proven ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously with rigour, proactivity and a sharp sense of priorities

  • Strong command of KPI tracking and the ability to produce clear, actionable reports

  • Fluent English is mandatory; an additional European language (e.g. Spanish) is mandatory, French is a plus

  • A genuine interest in Talent Acquisition trends and proficiency with ATS platforms such as Workday

What CHANEL can offer you

  • Work in close partnership with the Talent Acquisition Manager and contribute directly to the decisions shaping recruitment across Europe

  • Play a founding role in building CHANEL’s TA Centre of Expertise — a rare opportunity to lay the operational foundations of the hiring practices of an iconic Maison

  • Build deep expertise in recruitment coordination within an internationally-scoped luxury environment

  • Gain a cross-functional perspective on a wide range of strategic business functions through close collaboration with the Talent Development team

  • Develop a unique international outlook by partnering with multiple teams on a daily basis

At CHANEL, we are focused on creating an inclusive culture that nurtures personal growth, contributing to collective progress.
