As a Fashion Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in supporting marketing activities, animating client strategy and organizing events for the Swiss boutiques. You will help reinforce the client experience and ensure the excellence of CHANEL’s image in Switzerland.
Your Missions
Client Intelligence & Engagement
Assist in collecting, analyzing, and sharing client data (KPIs, CRM, reporting) to identify development and personalization opportunities.
Consolidate and distribute client lists (new, top, prospects) to support boutique activation.
Support the definition and follow-up of clienteling objectives and help implement actions with retail teams.
Participate in the creation or update of training materials and support users in adopting digital clienteling tools.
Provide simple recommendations to improve client engagement based on analysis and feedback.
Client Communication & Engagement
Consolidate communication needs for each collection (physical and digital tools).
Coordinate and analyze client communication campaigns (1-to-1, 1-to-many), share results and recommendations.
Support the roll-out of gifting strategies and in-boutique services.
Participate in coordinating Mystery Shopping waves.
Update online boutique pages.
Events & Client Experience
Support implementation of the client activation calendar and events organization (cocktails, boutique experiences, collection launches).
Contribute to event logistics: invitations, gifting, suppliers coordination, communication assets, post-event follow-up.
Consolidate feedback and conduct competitive monitoring.
Profile
Master’s level student (business school or university), with a strong interest in fashion and luxury
Previous experience (internship or project) in marketing, events, or client data analysis
Excellent analytical skills (KPI, CRM, reporting)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and rigorous
Proactive, team player, with strong interpersonal skills
Fluent in French and English, German is a plus.
Job Conditions:
An internship agreement is mandatory for this position and must meet the following conditions:
- The internship must be part of your study program.
- The internship must be required for the completion of your degree.
- The internship must be validated by the award of academic credits.
