\nJOB REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- A high school diploma or GED.
- 0-1 years of experience in electronic assembly operations such as SMT, AOI, Prepping Components, X-Ray, De-Panel, and Soldering.
- Experience in interpreting schematics, drawings, diagrams, and other visual aides for assembly.
- Ability to work with team members to ensure production roles are clear.
- Ability to regularly communicate with engineers and design staff to ensure designs are being implemented correctly.
- Experience using tools to make or repair parts and products.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to differentiate between colors to identify colored electrical wires.
- Attention to detail and the maintenance of a clean workspace.
- Ability to read parts lists and make sure all are present.
- Familiarity with undergoing routine preventive maintenance.
- Experience maintaining inventory and placing orders for more supplies as needed.
- Basic computer skills to complete quality control forms.
- Familiarity working in an ESD and FOD-controlled environment.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow strict safety guidelines.
