Facilities Officer (KSA)

About this role

Key Responsibilities: 
Supervise security and support services across all locations.  
Coordinate cleaning, pest control, and maintenance contracts.  
Manage regulatory permits and compliance documentation.  
Oversee lease administration and vendor payments.  
Report issues on management and recommend improvements. 
Plan and coordinate facility operations, maintenance, repairs, and renovations. 
Ensure building systems (HVAC, utilities, fire safety) are working and meet standards. 
Ensure compliance with KSA regulations, labor law, safety, and environmental standards. 
Administer and renew required government permits (civil defense, municipality, 
environmental). 
Supervise support staff and service teams (cleaners, security, maintenance technicians). 
Track maintenance requests, service costs, lease payments, and administrative records. 
Implement safety protocols, conduct inspections, and support emergency response planning. 


Requirements

Qualifications: 
 bachelor’s degree related field. 
1+ experience in facilities management or related field for administrative roles. 
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and work order 
systems. 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
