Specific Responsibilities Would Include

  • Through various inspection activities, ensure consistent production quality, adequate order quantities, and on‑time delivery.
  • Follow the SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) to conduct timely inspections.
  • Perform product risk assessments during PPM and line reviews with factory representative(s).
  • Regularly follow up on production status and T&A (WIP).
  • Monitor the factory’s production plan to confirm and schedule inspections.
  • Collaborate and communicate promptly with all related parties on any quality issues, work out solutions with the factory, and ensure follow‑up actions are completed.
  • Issue inspection reports in a timely manner and escalate quality issues when necessary.
  • Follow up on CAP implementation and evaluate the outcomes.
  • Provide regular training to vendor/factory personnel to ensure they understand customer requirements, quality standards, and to enhance their quality awareness.
  • Continuously drive the factory to improve product quality to meet requirements.
  • Update the factory on new requirements when necessary and conduct case study sharing.
  • Monitor the factory’s daily operations, including compliance matters.
  • Oversee the factory’s internal quality control system, including sharp tool control and the needle detection process.

Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have

Additional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder or Tech college diploma
  • 5 years’ working experience in QA/QC field.
  • Basic computer skills and handle Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook easily.
  • Know the inspection process (AQL standard) and requirement very well.
  • Good knowledge of all kinds of handbag, including construction, fabrication (PU/PVC/Nylon…), trim & hardware, print techniques, and safety requirement.
  • Good knowledge of handbag manufacturing process in factory.
  • Good knowledge of handbag quality control system in factory.
  • Good in written English to understand the documents in English and issue report.
