Specific Responsibilities Would Include
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated candidate to support the development and preparation of artwork for production. This role works closely with managers, and team leads to ensure artwork accuracy, consistency, and compliance with design and licensing standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, technically skilled, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepare and manage artwork for production and Flex PLM, including issuing style numbers
- Maintain color accuracy and consistency across styles and collections
- Ensure artwork complies with licensing, layout, fabrication, and printing requirements
- Apply knowledge of artwork scaling, repeats, markers, and pattern placement for production
- Recreate all-over prints within roller layouts while maintaining design integrity
- Clean and refine artwork files while preserving original creative direction
- Identify and correct artwork errors prior to final approval
- Collaborate with managers and team leads to execute design objectives accurately
- Organize and prioritize workload to meet production timelines and deadlines
- Maintain clear communication with managers regarding project updates and priorities
- Review completed work to ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications
- Support team workflow and contribute to efficient project execution
Our Best Fit Candidate Would Have
Additional Requirements
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of print production, markers, and pattern layout preferred
- 4-5 years of relevant design or production experience preferred
- Good verbal and written English communications skills.
