CentiMark Corporation, a National leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, is looking for a motivated individual with exceptional leadership and communication skills for its office in Charleston WV.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of the office and support management as needed.
DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Supporting the office with day-to-day business needs
- Maintaining construction job files
- Generating daily work tickets
- Processing monthly billings, including AIA pay applications
- Managing invoices and lien waivers from suppliers
- Paying utilities and entering expense reports
- Creating reports in Accounting Software and Google Docs
- Office administration experience: construction industry experience preferred
- Experience in contract billing is a plus.
- Highly motivated, well organized, attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy
- Working knowledge of Accounting Software and Google Docs
- Excellent verbal and written communication
