Location: Springfield, MA area (Group Home Setting)

Salary: $46,800 / year

Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Full-Time)

The Opportunity: Lead, Support, and Empower

Our Congregate Care Network (CCN) programs provide a highly structured residential environment designed to support youth (referred by the Department of Children and Families) who face significant emotional, behavioral, medical, cognitive, and mental health needs.

As a Program Supervisor, you will work hand-in-hand with the Program Manager (PM) to oversee the assigned group home. You will establish open communication, support, and accountability among program staff, ensuring that our youth receive the therapeutic, emotional, and educational backing they need to build healthy relationships and transition successfully into real-world settings.

Your Impact & Responsibilities

  • Program Oversight: Assist the Program Manager with the daily operations and overall functioning of the group home to effectively meet the needs of the youth and their families.
  • Staff Leadership & Development: Supervise, train, and guide program staff. Ensure program policies and procedures are followed while promoting the professional growth and development of your team.
  • Collaborative Care: Work collaboratively with clinical providers, families, schools, and community partners to promote safety, stability, and successful treatment outcomes.
  • Step-Up Leadership: Act with a high level of accountability and assume the full roles and responsibilities of the Program Manager in their absence.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited educational institution is preferred (relevant experience can be substituted for a degree).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of residential and/or supervisory experience is preferred.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Proven experience working with youth and families, specifically within community child welfare and mental health programming.
  • Logistics: A valid driver's license and a legally registered, insured vehicle for work use are required.
