The Center for Human Developments (CHD), Adult Mental Health division, is looking for new team members! We are currently hiring 2nd shift Residential Support Specialists to provide direct care to our clients. Our programs work with adults in the community who are living with various forms of mental illness. We are looking for people who have an interest in psychology and a firm belief that all members of our community should be treated with dignity and respect.

Open Positions & Locations:
- Residential Support Specialists/Direct Care: Chicopee and Holyoke, MA.
Available Shifts:
- Full-Time (2nd Shift): 40 hours per week.
- Schedules available: Tuesday–Saturday OR Sunday–Thursday
- Hours: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Per Diem: Flexible hours/as-needed basis.
- Location Flexibility: Candidates who are flexible to work at different program locations based on staffing needs are preferred.
Pay Rates:
- Residential Support Specialists/Direct Care: $20.00/hr (Full-Time) | $18.00/hr (Per Diem)
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred)
- Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for work use
- Ability to complete Medication Administration Program (MAP) training
- Active CPR and First Aid Certifications preferred
- Must successfully complete and pass the background record screening process
