Administrative Assistant
About this role
The West Springfield team is seeking a friendly, team-driven person to fill a full-time position in our Outpatient Clinic. The Administrative Assistant provides clerical and administrative support to Outpatient Clinic located in West Springfield, MA.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and greets guests
- Coordinates calendar and appointments for staff and program
- Maintains appearance and cleanliness of office and common areas
- Checking In-Out of patients, including scheduling follow up appts, as needed
- Maintains computer databases and records
- Manages special projects for the Program Director as needed
- Maintains program records in accordance with regulatory and compliance standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, customer relations skills
- Experience working in a primary care setting
- Bilingual strongly preferred
Schedule Details:
Monday - Friday: 9am-5pm, on site
