Pay Range: Targeted salary up to $20.00 - $20.50 per hour, based on experience

Benefits Eligible: Yes

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Travel: May be required

Position Introduction:

Join the Center for Public Management (OU CPM) at the University of Oklahoma and be part of a team dedicated to making a daily impact in the lives of Oklahomans. The Training Senior performs call monitoring, evaluation, feedback and documentation. Performs quality checks and audits of inbound and outbound calls and other electronic contacts to ensure adherence to policies and procedures and high level of customer service.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 18 months experience in data analysis, project coordination, or related experience.

The Center for English as a Second Language (CESL) at the University of Oklahoma (OU) offers in-person English language courses for international students on the Norman campus of the University of Oklahoma, and off-site courses for businesses providing English-language courses for their employees.

Our location on campus provides students with access to all University of Oklahoma resources including housing, dining, transportation, libraries, medical facilities, and more.

We provide the following English language services:

  • Intensive English Program: Full time, 20 hours per week including:

-grammar
-reading
-writing
-listening
-speaking
-seminars - U.S. history/government, presentation skills, public speaking, test preparation

  • Test prep: IELTS, TOEFL iBT
  • Community English: Part-time courses for students already living in our community

-General English, including grammar, speaking, listening, reading, writing

  • Individualized programs designed for partner universities or businesses
