Position Introduction:

The OU College of Dentistry seeks to hire an experienced administrative support specialist in our Community Dentistry Division. This individual will provide high-level organizational and operational support to leadership and departmental teams. This role oversees complex scheduling, manages day-to-day administrative functions, coordinates internal projects, and serves as a central point of communication among management, staff, faculty, and students to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 24 months office, clerical, or administrative experience.

Required Certifications and Licenses:

Valid driver's license may be required for work in certain areas for the performance of specific job duties. (Candidates assigned to locations requiring vehicle operation must possess and maintain an active, valid driver's license)

  • Intensive English Program: Full time, 20 hours per week including:

-speaking
-seminars - U.S. history/government, presentation skills, public speaking, test preparation

  • Test prep: IELTS, TOEFL iBT
  • Community English: Part-time courses for students already living in our community

-General English, including grammar, speaking, listening, reading, writing

  • Individualized programs designed for partner universities or businesses
