Position Introduction:

The Senior Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient day-to-day functioning of the office. This role manages executive and provider schedules, coordinates meetings, handles internal and external communications, and supports office operations. The Senior Administrative Assistant also maintains an organized, professional, and welcoming office environment by overseeing office and breakroom supplies, coordinating administrative processes, and assisting with special projects as assigned. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, highly organized, and committed to providing exceptional service. This position is responsible for keeping the office looking nice, stocking workroom and breakroom supplies and assisting in other projects as needed.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 36 months administrative support experience.
