Position Introduction:

The Research Assistant will support the department's research mission by assisting with the coordination and execution of research activities, data collection and analysis, regulatory compliance, and project administration. This position works collaboratively with faculty, clinical staff, students, and external partners to facilitate high-quality research initiatives and ensure timely completion of research objectives. The Research Assistant will contribute to maintaining accurate research records, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting ongoing program development in alignment with institutional and sponsor requirements.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biology, Psychology, Engineering, Computer Science, Sociology, or a related discipline aligned with the specific area of research or project focus)
  • 1 year of experience supporting research or working in a laboratory setting

Equivalency/Substitution: Experience or a combination of education & related experience can be considered in lieu of degree. A one-to-one ratio is used to determine the number of years of experience required in place of a degree.
