Position Introduction:

At the University of Oklahoma School of Aviation, we change lives. To further this mission, the school is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to oversee the day-to-day administrative duties of the school.

This role directly supports the school director with the following essential duties.

Essential Duties:

  • Coordination and generation of ePAFs for new and departing employees with the college.
  • Receives incoming calls for office personnel and refers to appropriate person.
  • Monitors and orders office supplies for the office and completes requisitions.
  • Records messages or responds to caller with routine information.
  • May run errands for the school.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 12 months office, clerical or administrative support experience.

Department Preferences:

  • Creation and Coordination of ePAFs with the college.
