Position Introduction:

The Office of Educational Affairs at the College of Medicine is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for the curricular committees, subcommittees, and other activities that support the MD program and the Vice Dean of Education.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a proactive, self-motivated approach to work. This position plays a critical role in supporting the operations of the MD program, including curriculum governance, continuous quality improvement initiatives, and accreditation activities.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works effectively as a collaborative team member, and is able to manage multiple priorities while demonstrating initiative, professionalism, and strong problem-solving skills.

Required Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 12 months office, clerical, or administrative experience.
