We are seeking full-time CRNAs to join our team at the Cedars-Sinai Endoscopy Center, where providers practice at the top of their license in a high-volume, fast-paced ambulatory procedural environment.

Located in Beverly Hills, the Cedars-Sinai Endoscopy Center is a state-of-the-art outpatient facility dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care and an outstanding patient experience. This position offers the opportunity to work primarily with gastroenterology and advanced endoscopy procedures while developing expertise in procedural anesthesia and ambulatory care.

Responsibilities

As a CRNA at the Endoscopy Center, you will function with a high degree of autonomy and clinical independence while collaborating closely with physicians, nursing staff, and operational leaders to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care. Beyond clinical practice, Cedars-Sinai offers opportunities to grow as a leader, educator, and advocate for the profession. CRNAs are encouraged to:

  • Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
    • Engage in peer review and professional practice activities
    • Serve on the Advanced Practice Council and other interdisciplinary committees
    • Participate in Grand Rounds, journal clubs, case conferences, and continuing education programs
    • Contribute to a culture of mentorship, collaboration, and lifelong learning

In accordance with delineated clinical privileges, the CRNA is responsible for providing safe, high-quality anesthesia care, including but not limited to:

  • Performing comprehensive pre-anesthesia patient assessments and evaluations
    • Independently developing and implementing anesthesia care plans for procedural patients
    • Administering anesthesia and monitoring patients throughout the perioperative period
    • Managing airway, hemodynamic, and anesthetic needs in a procedural setting
    • Providing post-anesthesia evaluation, follow-up, and patient care
    • Promoting patient safety, efficiency, and excellence in the ambulatory setting

This is an ideal opportunity for CRNAs who enjoy practicing independently, building strong patient relationships, and contributing to a highly collaborative procedural care team while maintaining an exceptional quality of life.

Join a team where clinical excellence, professional development, education, and innovation are integral to the practice of anesthesia every day.
