Pay: $14.00 - $15.50 per hour
Schedule: Varies based on Work-Site Location (Retail / Concessions / Residential / Catering)
*Schedule includes seasonal scheduling - College semesters; August – December; January – May

Creative Dining Services on-site at Northwood University is looking for a friendly and customer-focused General Food Service Worker to help create a welcoming dining experience for our campus community. If you enjoy engaging with guests, providing excellent service, and being part of a high-energy team—this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up food service areas, equipment, and utensils according to daily needs and guidelines.
- Prepare and assist with a variety of food items, including hot and cold dishes, salads, sandwiches, and simple baked goods.
- Maintain food safety standards, including monitoring temperatures and proper handling.
- Restock food, beverages, utensils, and service items as needed.
- Clean and maintain work areas, equipment, and dining spaces.
- Assist with catering setup and service.
- Perform cashiering duties as assigned.
- Build strong relationships with students, staff, and campus partners
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of Hospitality experience
