Additional Information: This position will remain open until filled. Work Hours: Work hours are Monday through Friday 2:30pm to 11:00pm and additional hours when needed. There is a four day work week in the summer from late May to the end of July.
General Summary: This position is to supervise the housekeeping, groundskeeping, contracted project staff in day-to-day operations to provide clean, sanitary, and attractive campus facilities in a cost-effective manner. This position provides “first impression” services to assist in achieving student success through the cleanliness of classrooms, restrooms, and other common areas. Respond to work orders, set up, and breakdown all internal and external functions of the college. Organize employee shifts and schedule work, provide training, hire and motivate custodians, and supervise maintenance staff when the physical plant director is absent.
