  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of sophisticated integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, applying API-led connectivity (System/Process/Experience APIs) to enable seamless communication between diverse systems.
  • Build and optimize data ingestion, transformation, and validation workflows leveraging SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning) and Microsoft Fabric components (e.g., Lakehouse/Warehouse and Data Pipelines) as appropriate.
  1. Reporting:
  • Partner with analytics stakeholders to enable reporting and semantic modeling needs using SQL Server and Microsoft Fabric (including integration patterns that support Power BI consumption).

  • Collaborate with database administrators and other IT teams to ensure data security, integrity, and optimal database performance.
  1. Performance Optimization and Troubleshooting:
  • Monitor integration processes, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance to exceed predefined service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation for integration processes, data mappings, and report specifications.
  1. Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in data integration, reporting, and transformation, and drive their adoption within the team.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of proven experience as an Integration Developer, with a focus on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, plus strong SQL Server expertise and exposure to Microsoft Fabric.
  • Exceptional understanding of integration concepts, data transformation strategies, and report development.
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing complex integration workflows using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Anypoint Studio, API Manager, and Runtime Manager), including secure API design and deployment patterns.
  • Experience with data ingestion, cleansing, validation, and transformation using SQL Server and/or Microsoft Fabric (e.g., Lakehouse/Warehouse, Dataflows Gen2, Data Pipelines, notebooks, pyspark) or comparable modern data platforms.
  • Strong T-SQL skills including querying, optimization, and data modeling.
  • Strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to mentoring a team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and drive results.
Preferred Skills:
  • MuleSoft Anypoint Platform certification(s) (e.g., Developer, Platform Architect, Integration Architect) and experience with API governance, reusable assets, and CI/CD for Mule applications.
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure data services (e.g., OneLake, Data Factory/Azure Integration Runtime patterns, Azure SQL) is a strong asset.
  • Experience working in a Scrum environment, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality results within agile frameworks.
