Responsibilities:
- Maintaining computerized inventory records.
- Reporting expedited orders. Coordinating returns and exchanges of inventory items.
- Verifying order completeness and inspecting for damage.
- Ensuring compliance with established internal control procedures.
Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate these skillsets:
- Knowledge of processes and methods of inventory management; ability to effectively manage local or distributed inventories of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods.
- Experience with data-gathering techniques and tools and documenting basic data-gathering methodologies
- Knowledge of material handling and management in plants; ability to perform, monitor and improve processes related to storage, transportation and handling of raw and hazardous materials.

Hiring for 1st. All training will be on 1st shift for up to 2 months before moving to hired shift.

Summary Pay Range:
$22.50 - $29.20Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
