Summary of Performance Expectations

Performs a variety of organizational, managerial, personnel and administrative functions in support of the Department and Administrator. Functions as unit secretary as scheduled or needed.

Education & Credentials:

Required

High School diploma or equivalent. Basic computer application skills (i.e., Word, Windows Applications). Ability to type proficiently.

Preferred

Associate degree in related field or formal technical/vocational education. Knowledge of medical terminology. Formal training in basic computer applications (i.e., Excel).

Work Experience:

Required

One or more years previous experience required. Given training and on-the-job experience, incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of the job within three months of employment date.

Preferred

Administrative experience.
