Weekend CNA – Every Other Weekend | The Carolina Inn – Fayetteville, NC

$15.50 per hour + shift differentials

The Carolina Inn at Village Green is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for every-other-weekend 12-hour shifts. These positions are ideal for CNAs looking for extra income, a predictable rotation, or a second job that leaves half your weekends free.

Schedule

• Every other weekend — Saturday and Sunday
• Day shift: 7:00am – 7:00pm, or Night shift: 7:00pm – 7:00am, Mid-shift: 3pm-11pm
• Same rotation every cycle — you always know which weekends are yours

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Take and record vital signs
• Monitor and report changes to licensed nurses
• Provide emotional support and companionship
• Document care accurately
• Maintain safety and cleanliness

Requirements

• Active North Carolina CNA certification (Required – must be listed on NC Nurse Aide Registry)
• Availability to work every-other-weekend 12-hour shifts
• Strong reliability and attendance
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Preferred

• Assisted living or long-term care experience
• CPR/First Aid certification
