The Senior Project Manager, Supply Chain serves as the primary point of contact and project leader for all Supply Chain-related initiatives across the organization. This role is responsible for driving strategic, operational, process improvement, systems, and transformation projects from inception through execution and stabilization.
As the go-to resource for Supply Chain project management, this individual partners closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution, Planning, Sourcing, Finance, IT, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The Senior Project Manager provides governance, structure, and visibility across the Supply Chain project portfolio while identifying opportunities to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and support long-term business growth.
What You'll Do:
- Support project planning, scheduling, and documentation across multiple workstreams.
- Lead and manage a portfolio of Supply Chain initiatives, including distribution, logistics, transportation, planning, inventory, sourcing, systems implementations, automation, and process improvement projects.
- Serve as the central project management contact for all Supply Chain business stakeholders.
- Develop project charters, business cases, project plans, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and executive status reporting.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.
- Establish and maintain project governance, risk management, and issue escalation processes.
- Prepare executive-ready presentations, project dashboards, and status reports for business partners and executive leadership.
- Track project KPIs, milestones, risks, budget performance, and resource utilization.
- Collaborate closely and build strong relationships across business functions to ensure project alignment and stakeholder engagement.
- Facilitate project meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable project plans.
- Communicate project impacts, timelines, and decisions clearly to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Identify opportunities to improve supply chain processes, efficiencies, controls, and operational performance.
- Drive change management activities and adoption plans to ensure successful implementation of new processes and technologies.
- Promote project management best practices and governance standards across the Supply Chain organization.
You'll Need to Have:
- 6+ years of project management experience, with significant experience supporting Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or Distribution functions.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, MS Project).
- Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional projects and business transformation initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain operations, including planning, distribution, inventory management, transportation, sourcing, and logistics.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and complex stakeholder groups simultaneously.
- Experience working with cross-functional or global teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.

- Basic understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
