Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Assist the General Ledger team with reconciliations and account analysis
- Support month-end closing activities, to maintain bank reconciliation, audit schedules, reconciliation and rectification of intercompany differences
- Prepare and organize audit schedules and documentation for the external audit
- Conduct data validation and ensure the accuracy of financial records and reports
- Collaborate with the finance team on special projects and ad-hoc assignments
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a diploma/ degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Preferred to have accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
