Principal Coordinator, HR - Payroll
About this role
Summary:
Assist, manage and help ensure day-to-day operations, meet standards and achieve goals in assigned functional area of Human Resources
General Responsibilities:
Timekeeping and Payroll Administration
Review and audit calculations and ensures submission within schedule
Lead processing of Timekeeping and Payroll with very minimal supervision
Handle end to end administration of Timekeeping and Payroll
Analyze system interfacing results (HRIS & Payroll system) and recommend solutions
Prepare Gross to Net Analysis Report and other Finance-required reports on Payroll
Handle Tier 2 case management - root cause analysis, remediation & preventive solution for survey detractors
Address associate queries on Payroll/Timekeeping via Case Management tool
Basic Qualifications:
Educational Background: Preferably College Degree
Professional Experience: At least 2 years related HR work experience
Amenable to working in a hybrid setup on a shifting schedule
Preferred Qualifications:
Analytical Thinking
Proficiency in Excel
Time Management Skills
Results-focus and Detail-oriented
Strong collaboration and customer-orientation for both external and external customers
Flexibility in handling various tasks assigned
