About the RoleWe're seeking a Business Resource Specialist to support reporting, business analysis, process improvement, and project coordination. You'll work with stakeholders to deliver insights, improve workflows, and support business decision-making.
What You'll Do- Analyze business data and create reports, dashboards, and insights.
- Manage and support business projects and ad hoc requests.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Document and maintain business procedures and workflows.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate project updates.
- Support business tools, databases, and reporting resources.
- 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, operations, or a related field.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Intermediate-Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Experience with reporting, process improvement, and workflow documentation.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
