What You Will Do
Create Great First Impressions
- Greet every guest with warmth and genuine hospitality
- Guide guests through our menu with confidence and enthusiasm
- Answer questions about ingredients, specials, and recommendations
Take and Process Orders
- Accurately enter orders into the POS system
- Handle cash and card transactions with precision
- Ensure every order is clear and complete before sending to the kitchen
- Communicate effectively with BOH to maintain smooth service
Deliver Counter Service Hospitality
- Call out orders clearly and professionally
- Assist guests with drinks, condiments, and anything else they need
- Maintain a clean, organized counter and dining area
- Practice full hands in, full hands out
Be Part of the Team
- Work closely with BOH and fellow FOH team members
- Support team members during busy rushes
- Help keep the energy high and the vibes positive
- Live our core values in every shift
What We Are Looking For
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Comfortable using POS systems and handling money
- Dependable and team-oriented
- Passion for hospitality, even in a counter service setting
Previous cashier or restaurant experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
