This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up ready to hustle, and understands that cleanliness is non-negotiable in a great restaurant.

What You’ll Do

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Keep the dish pit clean, organized, and running efficiently
• Support the BOH team during busy shifts
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
• Take pride in keeping the kitchen set up for success

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team player mentality
• Willingness to jump in and help where needed
• Previous dish experience is a plus but not required
