About the Role:

If you're a proactive problem solver with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail, we'd love to hear from you.
As a key member of the Centre of Personalised Medicine Outpatient Clinic team, you will provide high-quality administrative and operational support to clinicians and patients, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic. Your responsibilities will include coordinating appointments, diagnostic procedures and investigations, managing referrals and patient records, providing reception services, maintaining data across multiple IT systems, and processing Medicare invoices. You will also play an important role in delivering an exceptional patient experience through outstanding customer service, while supporting general administrative functions and stock management.
The successful applicant will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment. They will demonstrate sound judgement, initiative and attention to detail, with the ability to work autonomously under general supervision and resolve routine issues appropriately. The role requires excellent stakeholder engagement and customer service skills, including the ability to build effective working relationships, respond to enquiries, provide accurate information, and apply established procedures to achieve positive outcomes. A commitment to quality, accuracy and continuous improvement will be key to success in this position.
