About the Role
We’re hiring a Senior QA Engineer to join our engineering team and own the end-to-end quality of our flagship products. You will design, execute, and maintain both manual and automated test suites, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and external QA teams to ensure we deliver rock-solid releases. You should be an advocate for quality, able to navigate ambiguity, be an excellent written and verbal communicator, and help drive best practices across the organization.
\nResponsibilities- Design, document, and execute comprehensive manual test plans and test cases across web and API layers
- Develop, extend, and maintain automated test frameworks and suites
- Collaborate with external stakeholders— clients’ QA teams, integration partners, and cross-functional teams—to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into our QA processes
- Triage, track, and report defects; work with engineering teams to ensure timely resolution
- Take initiative to identify gaps in test coverage and propose solutions that improve overall product quality
- Communicate test results, risks, and recommendations clearly in English, both verbally and in writing
- 5+ years of hands-on QA experience, with a strong focus on manual testing methodologies
- Proven track record building and maintaining automated test suites
- Deep understanding of software QA fundamentals, including test planning, defect tracking, and metrics
- Excellent English communication skills—comfortable writing clear bug reports and leading distributed discussions
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work effectively with minimal supervision
