We are looking for a highly motivated System Integration & Verification Engineer to join our growing Verification & Validation (V&V) team within R&D.

The engineer will play a key role in integrating and verifying new modules, optical assemblies, subsystems, and complete inspection systems throughout the product development lifecycle. The engineer will ensure that new developments meet functional, performance, reliability, and customer requirements before release.

The role combines hands-on system integration, technical problem-solving, interface verification, optical validation, and end-to-end application testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the integration and verification of new modules, subsystems, and complete inspection systems.
  • Plan and execute verification activities for multidisciplinary systems including Software, Hardware, Electronics, Mechanics, Motion Control, Optics, and Algorithms.
  • Own the verification of new optical modules, ensuring compliance with functional, optical, imaging, performance, stability, calibration, and image-quality requirements.
  • Develop V&V plans, test strategies, acceptance criteria, verification procedures, and traceability matrices.
  • Design and execute functional, integration, interface, regression, performance, reliability, stability, stress, robustness.
  • Investigate multidisciplinary system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and work closely with development teams to resolve defects.
  • Collaborate with Software, Hardware, Electronics, Mechanics, Physics, Algorithms, Application Engineering, Manufacturing, and System Engineering.
  • Develop and maintain automated verification and regression tests where applicable.
  • Produce verification reports, release recommendations, and quality metrics.

Requirements

  • B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electro-Optics, or a related engineering discipline.
  • 3+ years of experience in System Integration, Verification, Validation, System Engineering, or multidisciplinary product development.
  • Experience integrating and testing complex multidisciplinary hardware/software systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and root-cause analysis skills.
  • Hands-on laboratory experience with system integration and debugging.
  • Experience with semiconductor equipment, inspection systems, metrology systems, or industrial automation. (preferred)
  • Experience validating optical performance and image quality. (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
