Learning and Development Specialist

About this role

We are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist for a 1-year fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave,

with the possibility of extension or transition to a permanent role.

· Collaborate closely with various departments to create and develop technical training materials, including video editing, working with technical writers, and instructors.

· Coordinate and manage training programs and schedules.

 · Manage all training activities in the learning system


Requirements

 · Minimum 2 years of experience in handling training and development activities in high-tech companies.

 · Experience in creating technical training materials – Must

 · Experience working with LMS – Must (Docebo – is a plus)

 · Fluent English (oral and written) – Must

 · Experience with Adobe Premiere – Must

 · Experience with AI systems.

 · Experience with Adobe Illustrator - is a plus.

 · Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills - Must

 · Task-oriented with the ability to work in a multitasking environment.
