About this role

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the common areas, amenities, buildings, and grounds to ensure a clean, safe, and attractive environment for residents and guests. This position performs preventive maintenance, repairs, inspections, and responds to maintenance requests while providing excellent customer service.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of HOA common areas, clubhouse, pools (if applicable), playgrounds, sidewalks, parking areas, and recreational facilities.
  • Maintain and clean waste stations, dumpster enclosures, and surrounding areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with community standards.
  • Complete preventive maintenance and repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, drywall, doors, windows, lighting, and other building systems.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs in the clubhouse, including furniture, fixtures, appliances, HVAC filters, and equipment.
  • Inspect community property for safety hazards and report or correct issues promptly.
  • Maintain the appearance of landscaped and hardscape areas by removing debris, pressure washing, replacing signs, and completing minor repairs.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance work orders and resident concerns as directed by management.
  • Operate and maintain maintenance equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor maintenance supplies and inventory and notify management when materials need replenishment.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors performing work on HOA property.
  • Follow OSHA safety standards and HOA policies and procedures.
  • Participate in emergency maintenance and after-hours call-outs as needed.


Full-Time Mon-Fri 7:30am-4pm

Pay Rate: Up to $24 DOE
