Our clinics are located in two of the leading fitness facilities in Toronto, owned and operated by the Cambridge Group of Clubs (CGoC). The CGoC is a collection of three unique health and fitness clubs serving an exclusive membership of leaders, executives, and professionals in the downtown core.
The Toronto Athletic Club, Adelaide Club, and Cambridge Club collectively make up CGoC, with a combined membership of approximately 6,500 members.
The Cambridge Group of Clubs is dedicated to delivering an exceptional fitness, health, and sports club experience through continuous innovation and the highest standards of service and expertise. We offer modern, sophisticated surroundings, state-of-the-art equipment, and an experienced team providing highly personalized service.
Our clinics are open to both members and non-members.
About the Role
The Toronto Athletic Club Sport Medicine Clinic is seeking a passionate and driven Registered Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team in the heart of downtown Toronto. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a premium fitness and healthcare environment, delivering high-quality care to an active and motivated clientele. As part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, you will work alongside experts in physiotherapy, athletic therapy, chiropractic, massage therapy, and naturopathy, supporting a truly integrated approach to health and performance. Our patient base is diverse and inspiring from busy professionals and dedicated weekend warriors to amateur and professional athletes providing a unique and rewarding clinical experience for a clinician who thrives on building relationships and making a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality physiotherapy care
- Maintain minimum 25 hours/week of treatment availability
- Build and grow your practice through:
- Networking with club members
- Participating in clinic and club events
- Developing external referral sources
- Create and implement effective marketing and networking strategies to support long-term growth
Qualifications
- Licensed Physiotherapist in good standing (Ontario)
- Minimum 2 years of experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based, multidisciplinary environment
Compensation & Benefits
- Fee-for-service commission split based on billed revenue
