CSCS MNKey Responsibilities
Oversee repair and maintenance activities for company facilities throughout the assigned region.
Manage facility improvement and capital construction projects from planning through completion.
Supervise contractors and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Conduct regular visits to company locations to assess facility conditions and identify maintenance needs.
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to prioritize and complete projects.
Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with field operations and business partners.
Qualifications
Experience in facilities management, construction, project management, or a related field preferred.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Approximately 60% travel is required throughout Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and Nebraska, including overnight travel as needed.
Must be able to travel by both automobile and commercial airline.
Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
