Category Strategy & Planning

· Develop and execute indirect procurement category strategies aligned with the company's business objectives, procurement roadmap, and annual savings targets.

· Manage assigned indirect procurement categories, including CapEx, Facilities Services, Corporate Travel, IT, Marketing, Human Resources, Equipment, Equipment Services, Fleet, and Corporate Services.

· Analyze spend, market conditions, supplier capabilities, and industry trends to identify sourcing opportunities and cost reduction initiatives.

· Build and maintain category plans balancing cost, quality, service, risk, and operational requirements.

· Develop business cases and recommendations for leadership approval.

· Support Procurement Transformation initiatives through process improvements, supplier consolidation, and technology adoption.

Supplier Management

· Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers across assigned indirect procurement categories.

· Conduct supplier performance reviews, business reviews, and scorecard evaluations.

· Monitor supplier compliance with contractual obligations, SLAs, and KPIs.

· Lead supplier rationalization, performance improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation

· Lead end-to-end sourcing events including RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, and contract execution.

· Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, service levels, rebates, and value-added programs.

· Partner with Legal and business stakeholders to negotiate and finalize supplier agreements.

· Deliver measurable cost savings, cost avoidance, and operational efficiencies.

Collaboration & Business Partnership

· Serve as the primary procurement business partner for Operations, Finance, Marketing, Facilities, Information Technology, Human Resources, Fleet, Equipment, and Corporate Services.

· Collaborate with functional leaders to understand business priorities, develop sourcing strategies, and execute procurement initiatives.

· Provide market intelligence, supplier insights, and sourcing recommendations to support business decisions.

· Develop executive presentations and communicate project progress, savings, and strategic recommendations.

Risk Management & Innovation

· Identify and mitigate supplier, operational, financial, cybersecurity, compliance, contractual, and business continuity risks within assigned categories.

· Evaluate supplier financial health and business continuity capabilities.

· Identify emerging technologies, products, services, and supplier capabilities that improve business performance.

· Promote innovation and continuous improvement through supplier partnerships.

Education & Experience

· Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field preferred.

· 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or supplier management.

· Demonstrated experience managing indirect categories such as CapEx, Facilities, IT, HR, Marketing, Travel, Equipment, or Professional Services.

· Experience negotiating complex contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and spend analysis tools.

· Experience with ERP, eProcurement, contract management, and supplier management systems preferred.

· Ability to interpret financial data, supplier proposals, and contractual terms.

· Achievement of annual savings and cost avoidance targets.

· Successful execution of category strategies and sourcing initiatives.

· Supplier performance improvements and contract compliance.

· Growth in indirect spend under management.

· Stakeholder satisfaction and Procurement Transformation contributions.
