Job Title: Procurement/ Purchase Executive
Location: Mahalaxmi, Mumbai
Work Arrangement: onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Purchase Order generation in JD Edwards software
- Complete the PO receipt process
- Communicate and update the suppliers with the required information promptly.Handling total correspondence on purchase end.
- Material Planning
- Collecting documents like Certificate of Analysis / MSDS
- Working in co-ordination with the Sales Team, Ware house and Logistics Manager, Assisting Business Manager
Key skills
Customer Service , Invoicing , procurement , Purchase, & Material planning
Skills
A. Bachelor’s degree
B. Minimum 3-5 years of similar working experiences
C. Fluency in spoken and written English.
D. Possess strong MS Office skills.
E. Knowledge of JD Edward’s or Oracle application software is must.
