About this role
erform analysis of raw materials, packing materials, in-process samples, intermediates, finished products, stability samples, and utilities as per approved specifications and test methods.
Operate and maintain analytical instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, FTIR, KF Titrator, Dissolution Apparatus, and TOC Analyzer.
Prepare reagents, volumetric solutions, standards, and mobile phases as per approved procedures.
Ensure timely completion of sample analysis to support production and batch release timelines.
Perform routine calibration, verification, and qualification activities for laboratory instruments.
Coordinate with the engineering and service teams for preventive maintenance and breakdown resolution.
Ensure laboratory equipment is in a qualified and calibrated state before use.
Participate in investigations related to OOS, OOT, deviations, incidents, and CAPA implementation.
Support method validation, method transfer, cleaning validation, and stability studies.
Assist during internal audits, customer audits, and regulatory inspections
