Maintenance services

• Overall responsible for compliance and maintenance of instrumental equipments/machineries at site.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of the equipment’s as per checklist and instruction / Feedback from Engg services Head / Executives.
• Prepare preventive Maintenance Checklist for all the plant as per direction of engineering head/II nd Line.
• Check the I.M.T.E (Instrument Measuring Testing Equipment’s) as per direction of Head.
• To Train & guide the subordinates & electrical engineers for trouble shootings of instruments.
• To check & analyze the critical instruments in various area like Purified water Plant, SRP, MPP-IV etc on weekly basis.

Breakdown Maintenance

• Ensure to attend the breakdown as early as possible after receiving the job card. (Intimation of breakdown).
• Evaluate the reasons behind the breakdown and find out he appropriate remedies after discussion with Engineering head and execute them on site.
• Ensure for maintaining high standard cleanness of his respective areas.

Energy Conservation

• Continues co-ordination with Plant people for minimizing the energy losses by creating awareness of the losses, by imparting training etc.

Safety

• Check the interlocks of systems
• Ensure that all jobs are done by issuing right safety permit and after completions of job it will properly closed.

Inter departmental co ordination

• • Any modification in existing system is been co-ordinate with Production & QA department.
• Coordination for availability of spares and inform head.
• In absence of Electrical head, will take care of Electrical related activities.
• Timely Support to CPL-2 Instrument related activities.

Documentation

• To prepare USFDA, all regulatory audits, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 system documentation with proper record.
• To prepare & compliance of cGMP/Legasis documentation & proper record of the same.
• To ensure compliance of regulatory documents & proper record of the same.
