Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned and technically proficient
leader to head our Structural Mechanics simulation team. The ideal candidate
will bring deep expertise in diverse Finite Element Analysis (FEA) topics. This
leadership role involves guiding domain specialists, driving high-impact
technical engagements with strategic customers, and aligning simulation
solutions with real-world product challenges. A broad understanding of
Structural Mechanics disciplines and a strategic mindset are essential to
deliver value across diverse applications.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead
and mentor a team of Structural Mechanics application engineers, fostering a
culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
· Oversee
the full technical sales lifecycle—from discovery and solution design to
demonstrations, evaluations, and deployment—ensuring impactful customer
outcomes.
· Serve
as a trusted technical advisor to strategic customers, understanding their
engineering challenges and aligning simulation strategies with business
objectives
· Partner
with sales teams to build pipeline, prioritize opportunities, and develop
customer-centric growth strategies.
· Champion
process improvement and change management to drive team efficiency and
scalability
· Represent
CADFEM in strategic customer engagements, executive briefings, and high-level
technical reviews to reinforce credibility and thought leadership
Requirements
Desired Candidate Profile:
· Master’s degree in
engineering with 10+ YoE using ANSYS or other commercial FEA software.
· Strong knowledge in
Structural, Thermal, Vibration, Multiphysics, Transient, Nonlinear, Material,
Fatigue and Explicit Dynamics analysis.
· Excellent Soft
skills
· Demonstrated
ability to lead technical teams and manage cross-functional collaboration
· Ability to travel
domestically up to 30% of time
