Safety Engineer

Job Purpose / 岗位目标

To ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of workplace safety systems in accordance with Hungarian and EU regulations, prevent occupational accidents and ensure safe operations.
确保工作场所安全体系按照匈牙利及欧盟法规执行与持续改进，预防职业事故，保障安全运营。

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责

Legal Compliance / 法规合规

· Interpret and implement relevant Hungarian and EU safety laws and regulations;

· 解读并执行匈牙利及欧盟的安全法律法规；

· Ensure compliance with SEVESO, occupational health and safety (OHS) and fire safety requirements;

· 确保符合SEVESO、职业健康安全和消防等相关要求。

Workplace Safety Management / 工作场所安全管理

· Identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective and preventive measures;

· 识别潜在安全隐患并落实纠正和预防措施；

· Lead or participate in risk assessments and safety inspections;

· 组织或参与安全风险评估和现场检查；

· Monitor high-risk activities such as confined space, hot work, and lifting operations.

· 监督高风险作业如有限空间、动火、吊装等活动。

System and Procedure Management / 制度与体系管理

· Support the implementation of ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system;

· 协助推行ISO 45001职业健康安全管理体系；

· Develop and maintain safety procedures, work instructions and emergency plans;

· 编制并维护安全操作规程和应急预案；

Incident Management / 事故管理

· Investigate safety incidents and near misses, identify root causes and implement improvements;

· 调查事故与未遂事件，分析根本原因并推动改进；

· Prepare incident reports and follow up on corrective actions.

· 编写事故报告并跟踪整改落实。

Training & Communication / 培训与沟通

· Deliver safety training to employees and contractors;

· 组织开展员工及承包商的安全培训；

· Promote safety awareness and build a proactive safety culture.

· 推动安全意识建设，营造主动安全文化。

Coordination & External Liaison / 协调与外联

· Coordinate with government authorities on inspections and reporting;

· 配合政府部门进行安全检查与信息报送；

· Participate in SEVESO-related public hearings, drills and compliance processes.

· 参与SEVESO相关听证、演练与合规工作。

Qualifications / 任职资格

Experience / 工作经验

Minimum 2 years in industrial safety management, experience in EU countries preferred;
2年以上工业安全管理经验，有欧盟工作经验者优先；

Skills / 技能要求

· Familiar with Hungarian and EU safety laws and SEVESO directive; 熟悉匈牙利及欧盟安全法规，了解SEVESO指令；

· Knowledge of ISO 45001 safety management systems; 熟悉ISO 45001安全管理体系；

· Strong analytical, communication and emergency handling skills; 具备较强分析、沟通与应急处理能力；

· Proficient in MS Office and safety risk assessment tools. 熟练使用Office软件及安全风险评估工具。

Language / 语言要求

Fluent in English; Hungarian or Chinese language skills are a plus.
英语流利，会匈牙利语或中文者优先。
