Key responsibilities
Business Data Analysis and Review:
Monthly/quarterly business analysis: breaking down indicators such as revenue, cost, gross profit, expenses, profit, cash collection, inventory, and per capita efficiency.
Budget execution tracking: comparing actual figures vs. budget vs. the same period last year, analyzing the reasons for differences (volume and price structure, product category, channel, region).
Building business analysis models, outputting business analysis reports, identifying profitability gaps, cost waste, and capital occupation issues.
Business analysis: conducting profitability analysis by product line, department, project, customer, and channel, and providing optimization suggestions.
Business Support:
Participating in the review of contract financial terms.
Providing other departments with business data training and cost and expense compliance guidance.
Compliance, Internal Control:
Improving financial internal control processes, control of financial risks.
Cooperating with auditors, due diligence, and financial inspections, compiling supporting documents for future reference.
Requirements:
1-2 years of relevant Finance experience.
Experience in accounting procedures.
Financial certifications are a plus.
Fluent English and Chinese.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
